Our Society had a great day visiting Dennis Keall’s skink and gecko sanctuary in Wainuiomata where he breeds different species of NZ skinks and geckos for release into the wild. We had several cafe stops and visited Moores Valley Nursery and California Garden Centre in Lower Hutt. Some very satisfying spending!

Dennis Keall has a licence from the Department of Conservation to keep Skinks and Geckos. He has been breeding them since the 1970s.
